The EH 400 ion source controller utilises the latest combination of switch mode / SCR technology incorporating substantial short- term transient protection (arcing) and short circuit overload. Performance tested MTBF is typically 77,000 hours. This controller may also be used as a ‘drop-in’ replacement for CSC ‘first generation’ units.
