What is Service?
Good service is about taking care of customer needs, being receptive to the urgency of problems – and above all, ensuring that we deliver.
- If you have problems – we will do our best to solve them
- If you have queries – we will try to answer them
- If you have urgent service issues – we will work with you in order to resolve them
- If you need technical advice – we hope we can provide it
Past History
For many years we have been proud of our reputation in being able to solve customer problems purely through providing accurate (and free) advice to customers via telephone, or when needed, by direct on-site attendance by an experienced service engineer.
In practice, most routine problems can be rapidly resolved by a single telephone call and discussion. From this information, we can usually determine the nature of the problem and whether engineer attendance on site is necessary. Unlike many organisations, we will not subject you to the associated high costs of an on-site service visit if a replacement fuse or loose gas connection could prove to resolve the problem.
In addition, we have the benefit of direct access to a comprehensive library of both gridless and gridded ion source product technical manuals.
